This is TCA Tuesday Case Study #3.

Remember that our goal is to help you increase your TCA views, which the prior will dramatically help with, but this is a speed change regarding TCA views. This will be the lowest view count but the most impactful views you could get on a TCA because the Listing Agent will view it for your client's offer.

Goal: When your client identifies a property to submit an offer on and purchase, using the TCA and LLP to deliver could be the most impactful way to communicate their approval to the Listing Agent.
